Liberty Reeves Amazing Realtor and extremely helpful
We used Liberty Reeves as our realtor for a short term rental in London. She was extremely helpful and found us multiple options within our price range within a couple of hours. She was super quick to respond and helped clear up any confusion we had about certain properties. I've come across Silverdoor via Google and decided to give it a try for booking a service apartment for one of our employees. Ben Fry has initially assisted me with some options according to our preferences followed by Lauren Finlay who has helped me finalize the booking. It was a smooth process for me and they were really patient while we were working on settling the payment. I’m giving 5 stars (despite not booking through SilverDoor in the end) because of the excellent, friendly and helpful service from Liberty Reeves. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and no query too irritating. If I needed to look for this type of accommodation again I would definitely come back and ask her.
