I've come across Silverdoor via Google…

I've come across Silverdoor via Google and decided to give it a try for booking a service apartment for one of our employees. Ben Fry has initially assisted me with some options according to our preferences followed by Lauren Finlay who has helped me finalize the booking. It was a smooth process for me and they were really patient while we were working on settling the payment. We had to book an apartment in such short notice and their assistance has made it much easier. Thank you!

Great customer experience

I’m giving 5 stars (despite not booking through SilverDoor in the end) because of the excellent, friendly and helpful service from Liberty Reeves. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and no query too irritating. If I needed to look for this type of accommodation again I would definitely come back and ask her.

Give Jack Lynskey a Pay Rise!

Jack Lynskey, Customer Service Agent,
is a credit to SilverDoor Apartments.
I've happily stayed there twice and with Jack's expert assistance, was able to negotiate a price for abeautiful one-bed apartment at Empire Square that suited my group's budget.

Very helpful and professional

Excellent Service and Reliable Corporate Housing with Silverdoor!

SilverDoor has been amazing in helping set up corporate apartments for my company. From the start, they’ve made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

A special thank you to Michele and Ben, who have been incredibly helpful in setting up accommodations for my team. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met, always showing genuine concern for our well-being. Their responsiveness have made all the difference in ensuring a smooth experience.

Also, Chris has been incredibly helpful, even after hours and on weekends. When I locked myself out of my apartment, he was able to assist right away, which I really appreciated!

From start to finish SilverDoor, and in particular, Emma Westcott, have been excellent. Emma's attention to detail and understanding of our requirements, where we also had to add in some additional requests, has been exemplary. Non insured serviced apartments

We always book with Silverdoor as they were a great service once. Last time we booked with them last November, we had an unfortunate break in and valuables were stolen. After many discussions with Silverdoor, they basically told us that they won't compensate us or even help us get compensation from the building itself. What a shame a great service is not longer safe to stay with. I advise anyone to be careful when booking with them and make sure you have insurance for your booking!

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a burglary during your recent stay. I understand how distressing this must have been.

At Citybase, we always do our utmost to assist and support any investigation in any way we can, working closely with the property to gather evidence to support your case. Ultimately though this comes down to a police investigation and I can see that you have contacted the police, who confirmed that there was no forced entry but a balcony door had remained unlocked.

Regarding insurance all apartments in our portfolio are insured; however, this does not extend to guests' personal belongings Given that guests often travel with high-value items, it is not possible to have a blanket insurance policy covering all personal effects.

As stated in your booking confirmation, we strongly recommend you have an insurance policy in place should such unfortunate events like this happen.
