I was lucky to approach Silverdoor for a short term rental in Leeds. The city’s hotels and apartments were fully booked but Lauren found a suitable option for me. She was super responsive and I am happy with my experience.

I contacted a few companies online to find myself a stay in London. Harvey from Silver Door was swift in his response & helped me pick the right property at the right budget. I asked for the latest property pictures & he was kind enough to get it arranged. I was able to finalize everything in less than a week. Really appreciate the quick turn around.

It would be great if the availability of listings is displayed on the website as well.

I have been looking for a serviced apartment in London for the last few months. Have got in touch with a number of online services accomodation providers, I had a bad experience with one of them also ( Blueground). Finally , I found the right one after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot. They had a review score of 4.9 , I would give it all 5 stars and mostly because of Lauren . She has been extremely professional and patient with me . She has helped me in the process of finding a good accomodation. I have booked it from September till December . I am confident that my stay is also going to be as wonderful as my experience of booking the place. All thanks to Lauren .

The wide range of apartments and locations that SilverDoor offered for my 2-month business stay in London was the best of any long-term lodging service I tried. Sara Garibaldi, the Senior Account Specialist, worked with me when my dates and criteria changed, and went to great lengths to find and secure a flat that would work for me both professionally and personally.

A great variety of accommodation options were presented to us that fit our criteria. Lauren was so responsive and helpful, her impeccable service made it so easy to select a property and secure our booking. We'll be using SilverDoor apartments again!

We recently used SilverDoor apartments for a corporate booking and the service we received from Ella was brilliant. I was given a tour of the building and the apartment ahead of confirming the booking and the whole booking process was very straight forward. Ella was always very prompt with her responses to my requests and incredibly patient when we had to adjust the check-in dates. We will certainly use SilverDoor again.

From the very onset, Silverdoor provided very good temporary housing suggestions near my desired location.

Their communication was prompt and upon shortlisting Oakwood Premiere as our final choice, the entire checking-in, stay, extension & check-out procedure was seamless and without any hassle.

We had to book multiple apartments with short notice, and then extend the stays after a few days. George has been amazing throughout the whole process. He was quick, friendly and managed to find apartments exactly where we needed them. We will definitely use SilverDoor again for any future bookings :)
