I finally heard back from Customer Support - apparently some emails were going to spam. They are now calling Canada Post for me and will get me the product I ordered while waiving shipping fees. I appreciate their action on this and am looking forward to receiving their products.
I am very confused. I wrote the company, they said they are based in Canada. Your website says they are based in the usa. What is real? I will not do business with the company until I see more reviews here.
The products came but I did not care for them. I went through all the necessary steps to initiate a return, but I never heard from them (they claim they review all requests and respond within 24 to 48 hours). I sent two follow up emails (one supposedly directly to the owner) and still there was no reply. I eventually had to go to my credit card company to get the charges reversed.
Never received my order. They kept promising it would ship soon, and then I got a notification it had shipped, but I waited several more weeks and it never came. Finally, after nearly 3 months I got ahold of them and they refunded my money.
