Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. The items feel and look extremely tiny. You can’t even pick the studs up as they are super small. The rings are just a very thin wire silver lining and they bend so easily. The prices are extremely overpriced for the weight and quality. I will be definitely not buying from you ever again and I will spread the word out as this is a scam.

Every item on our website is listed with accurate weights, dimensions and photos so that customers know exactly what they're buying before they order. We clearly advertise and stock a range of weights, sizes and thicknesses to accomodate for our customer's requirements. Sterling silver is a naturally soft metal, and fine wire-band rings, which are a current trend, in particular can bend under pressure - this is a known characteristic of the design and material, not a fault or sign of poor quality. Within our returns and payment policy we state that customers are entitled to return their order within 14 days if they choose.
We take pride in our products and stand behind everything we sell, so we don't feel *scam* fairly represents our business. We're genuinely here to help - please feel free to email us at Sales@silverjd.co.uk with your order number so that we can review it properly and find a resolution.
