We got a letter in the mail that we got pre-qualified. I filled out trying to find options to be able to make the best decision for us. Lars called and started asking question and explaining we couldn’t get the loan but instead we can enroll on a program. We asked questions in return and asked if we can give him a call because we needed to look the numbers and other options we have. He snap and was very rude saying that we didn’t really needed help and he didn’t want to work with people that needed to think things. Very disappointing how we were treated. Will not recommend and definitely will not be working with this company.

I received a prequalified letter in the mail for a loan approval for debt. I went online and filled out a questionnaire which included income, how much I wanted the loan for (which the letter stated how much I was eligible for, so I chose that amount) and it came back pre approved for a loan and that SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME WITH LOAN AMOUNT AND TERMS. “Lars” called me and started asking me the same questions that I answered online, except in a strange way. When he initially called me, he acted like I was calling him for questions and asking me how he could help me. So I told him I was preapproved for a loan, he said, ok so how much did u want to borrow? Now this was answered online but I entertained the question and answered. He proceeded to ask, what did I use my cards for? Was this due to like household, medical, life??? How long I have been in debt? Had it maybe since COVID or something? Then asked if I was employed and what do I do? In between questions (which I did answer), i stated that all of the actual relevant information (that most loan applications generally ask) were provided to get the preapproval. This man is just diving into awkward questions and wanting specifics about my life which I don’t believe that some of these questions have any relevance regarding a typical loan approval, and let me reiterate, after the preapproval came back it was stated that someone was going to be calling me with loan amount and terms. So after a few times of this and answering each question with a confused tone, I then stated to “Lars” that I was confused as to why I was being asked all of this again but now asking me more in depth info that isn’t typically asked on most loan applications. How does this have anything to do with being preapproved for a loan? Anyway, when I finally said to “Lars” that I was confused as to why he was asking me these odd questions and especially ones that I had already answered for the preapproval he said, ma’am I don’t know why your confused, I have to ask you these questions and I need you to give me more information including your social and other things so if you don’t want to do this then….I said “you don’t have to be so rude” in which he replied, ok well have a nice day and hung up on me. How unprofessional! Guess I wasn’t “pre approved” for a loan after all. The whole thing seemed shady and strange.

Don't bother calling in to these people at all. Unless you want 0 credit for the next 5 to 7 years by all means ignore this, no loan offer will be made and you will not receive anything. it's a scam, they will ask you to send them money and not pay any of your creditors for months, they would work with them to reduce what you pay a month to your debtors, however, you now will be paying them to destroy your credit. If you cant make payments work with your creditors directly, they will work with you much more them S L F.

Super rude even though I was pre-approved. Got sketchy vibes from the start, always go with your gut.
My situation isn't great but they don't need to make me feel any worse. I opted to not go with their debt consolidation program.

Received one of these pre-approval letters, an offer to pay off my credit cards with a lower interest rate. OK, why not, filed out the online form, got a conformation you have been pre-approved. Received a phone call from the company. Answered their questions and was put on hold, for about 20 minutes. Once they guy returned, said they can't do it, only if I paid off some of my CC depth, so pleas reapply in coupler of months.
What a tease and waste of time. Once I pay off the debt, why would I want to have it refinanced? I had used one of my CC to invest in a real estate renovation, so it had a high balance. Just that in 2-3 months the debt would be gone anyway.
