Naveed was absolutely amazing. We misjudged the size of our luggage and thought it would fit in a saloon – but our bags were huge! Despite that, he made it work without any complaints. He picked us up right from our doorstep, helped with all the bags, and made the whole experience stress-free. The car was spotless, and thoughtful touches like chilled water and mints/candies made it even better.

For the return journey, SilverLine kindly agreed to a vehicle swap, and we were provided with a more suitable option. Luckily, it was just the two of us, so everything worked out perfectly.

Just dropped off at home from Manchester Airport by Hamza. It was wonderful to be greeted by Hamza who was so smart and professional. It was such a smooth and comfortable drive.

We book Hamza and Naveed at SilverLine regularly for our VIP clients, so when it came to our own wedding, we knew exactly who to trust — and they absolutely delivered.

Their service is always exceptional: punctual, professional, and tailored to perfection. The vehicles were pristine, and both drivers made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. They brought the same VIP-level service we’re used to with our clients, making us feel truly special on such an important occasion.

I’ve been using Silverline for around 5 years, and wouldn’t use anyone else for airport transfers.

Not only are the cars clean, kitted out with water and drivers always incredibly helpful and professional, they are always perfectly on time. Even at 4am!

My daughter was fascinated by the car with the “stars on the ceiling” as an added bonus.

I have terrible anxiety about being late, especially when it comes to flights, but Silverline have completely removed any worries about that!

Excellent service from Blackburn Hospital to Clitheroe. Lovely friendly driver who helped me get into the house when I got home. Full marks.

The service was excellent, a really enjoyable journey. The extra touches to the car made it exceptional with extra lighting around the car and the stars on the roof made it feel extra special.

An excellent service, taxi was clean, had fresh bottles of water (and sweets!!!)

We had a mini bus for 8 and it was comfy and spacious, early hours of the morning coming home from East Midlands and was a very comfy drive home. The driver was very polite and professional.

Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again. Pricing was very reasonable too and compared to other mini buses hired in the past was in line with them, they could charge a bit more and would still use them.

Excellent service. Nonissues at all recent Manchester Airport trip. Worth doing as it’s about the same cost as a Meet and Greet plus tank of petrol! Much more relaxing !

We booked Silverline to take four of us to the Ashes at Headingley for the day. Their response to our email enquiry was quick and comprehensive, and comparable to other quotes. On the day, our driver, Hamza, was prompt and courteous, smartly dressed and provided a first class service. The car was a modern executive saloon, as promised, both clean and comfortable, and included bottled water for each of us.
We couldn't fault them, and will definitely use their services again.

We had a text waiting for us when we landed. Car was there very quickly to pick us up. The car had drinks and snacks, was very comfortable. And the drive was quick with a super friendly driver who put us at ease and then left us to it when we started dropping to sleep. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Used Silverline to pick up from The Ethiad Stadium in Manchester after a Coldplay gig. Super service back to Sheffield in an amazing car. Would definitely use again & recommend to my friends. Thank you!

We used Silverline to take us to Heathrow and back for our holiday to USA. Naveed was our driver going and Hamza coming back. Both were bang on time, very polite and were very good drivers. Our flight home was delayed by 3 hours but communication with Silverline was great and it was no problem. I could not recommend Silverline highly enough and will use them again.

On a recent holiday I used Silverline taxis on the recommendation of a friend. The driver sent a text to say that he was a few minutes away. He arrived before the text message did. He was polite and helpful. I felt comfortable with both him and his driving. A few days later, a different driver but the same good service and politeness courtesy and helpfulness, for the return journey home. Thank you Silverline for extending the enjoyment of my holiday.

Our driver was great, arriving 5 minutes early, which helped as the pickup was 3.30am. He was very helpful and the minibus was spotlessly clean.
He got us to East Midlands airport in plenty of time and gave us clear instructions on where to meet him on our return. Very reliable and organised, we will definitely use Silverline again.

Fantastic service and definitely recommended.We used the service first time to Manchester Airport and Naveed was on time and even he advised us to change the times to reach the Airport sooner and changed the booking accordingly. Cant fault and will be using it again.
