Hi Glen,
We’re sorry you feel that way, however we’re also confused as to exactly what you mean by poor communication?
The main draw was carried out at 4.30pm yesterday, completed by 4.50pm. Then by 5.05pm the website was updated with the winner of the competition, the previous winners section updated, email sent out to everyone with the winning ticket number and name of the winner and a post was made on our Facebook page.
We’d really appreciate it if you could amend this review once you have had the opportunity to look in any of these places for our update of this competition. If you are new to us, perhaps you may not have known where to look.
However calling us a scam after 3 years of trading now, just seems misplaced.
If you can check the information above and amend your star rating we’d very much appreciate it.

What can we say here? You bought 1 ticket in to a competition with 36,000 tickets in. We’re sorry you didn’t win, but it is also not our fault either.
You eluded to life not going so well in your notes. Perhaps if you treat people and businesses with a little more respect for the effort they are putting in to genuinely change people’s lives, perhaps things may feel a little less ‘half full’
However leaving us a review of 1 star due to you not hitting a 36000/1 shot, really does not give a fair an honest appraisal of our business. More of a swipe because you did not win.
We would appreciate it if you could amend your review, as they are genuinely damaging and it’s completely unwarranted.

Poor comms
Spent the money and it’s like they disappeared, I message regarding who won, plus I presume my purchase order number was the one to be used against the secondary prizes ? No idea. Come on guys, comms are king, just tell people if they’ve won it not.

We promoted where and when the live draw was going to take place for 3 weeks, which of course, we carried out live and for everyone to watch on our facebook page.
It is still on the facebook page to re-watch.
