Unfortunately we cannot control who Facebook decides to show our advertisements to. However this platform is for reviewing businesses fairly and we think a 2 star review is harsh for your reasons above :(
Facebook showed you our Ducati competition, and you liked it, and entered to try and win it. We're sorry you didn't win. But we also don't think we did anything to deserve a 2 star review either.

We’re sorry you feel that way, however he was. He bought a lot of tickets and risked a lot of money, which was his choice to do. The risk paid off, but of course more times than not it doesn’t.
We see you entered with 2 tickets, and that was what you decided to do, and the odds you chose for yourself. We’re sorry you didn’t win.
However if you look, there are plenty of other people who bought hundreds of tickets for this competition and did not win. However they understand that there are no guarantees.
We are very disappointed when a draw doesn’t go people’s way and a select few decide to turn to the most public forum they can to air their opinion. You could have messaged us and we would be more than happy to discuss this with you, and explain the statistics of tickets bought vs prizes won. We’re very open and we don’t bite.
We’d more than welcome a chat, and hopefully help you get a better understanding of how we run as a business, get to know us and perhaps your opinion wouldn’t be a one entry, one loss, one 1 star review.
