We are sorry you didn’t win but you had 1 ticket so the odds of you winning were quite low. Trust pilot is used to review a business and to give us a 1 star review because you didn’t win is something we find frustrating.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion but giving a 1 star review is really damaging to us and we always ask people to reconsider. Please review our business properly and not simple give us 1 star because you didn’t win.

Spent £30 on tickets and managed to bag £1000 win hold tight!! Tried alot of the other ticket sites and this is hands down the forst that i have actually won on . Hi Dave, Our apologies you weren’t able to unsubscribe from marketing. If it helps, it was ‘SDCSTOP’ and not ‘STOP’ to do that.
However you can of course be removed from any marketing as is absolutely your choice. If you could pop us a quick message on the site or fb page, we can get you removed straight away .
Also, in regards to a charge, this is not us, it is your network provider, and costs what a normal text does. However if you have unlimited texts included it will be free. Again we can see how this looks.
