She went above and beyond helping to arrange a holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia for myself and my elderly mother. We had a superb stress free experience from beginning to end and Jayne was always there in the background checking everything was OK and ready to answer any queries.

I found Silver Travel on Google as looking for a travel agency specialising for elderly people, as I was planning a holiday with my elderly mother. Sue Lord was amazing from day 1, she made many useful and relevant suggestions, worked tirelessly to answer all my questions and plan the perfect trip to Sorrento, ensuring all assistance was put in place for my elderly mother who has mobility issues. I will definately return to Sue to plan our next trip. Can't thank Sue enough. I would highly recommend Sue and her patience, friendliness, knowledge was second to none. THANK YOU

We have booked our cruise with Soph. She is amazing from start to finish! Really listened to what we like and want out of a holiday and found the perfect holiday for us! She is very professional and communicates everything. We had quotes for various different cruises and came up with some amazing prices. Much better prices than our usual high street travel agent! It was so hard to choose so we will definitely have to book our yearly holiday with Soph so we can work through them all! We are currently looking at Florida and Soph is helping with this! She has chosen some amazing accommodation and again listened to what we want. Soph gives you the time to look over the quotes and chat with your family and always has the answer to our questions. We would HIGHLY recommend Soph to anyone...and we do :-) Thank you so much Soph, you have customers for life!

Jayne arranged our recent holiday to Atlantis, The Palm, in Dubai. She was extremely patient with our back and forth conversation about flights and dates! The entire trip was so well organised. Jayne took care of everything; flights, transfers and even checking us in at the airports.
She gave great advice about what to expect and how to make use of apps to make our journey even smoother.
This is the second holiday Jayne has arranged for us, and we’ve already booked a third.

I would 100% recommend Jayne to organise a holiday for anyone. We have just returned from a family holiday in Florida combining universal studios for 4 days and a week after at Clearwater beach. Everything was organised to perfection! Smooth flights, park tickets and hotels arranged and saved me heaps of stress! (Jayne took all that away from me).

Jayne Kerrigan has been booking our holidays for several years now and delivers every time.
Jayne makes going on holiday seemless as she takes all the stress out of looking, booking and going. Jayne is very patient and thorough when finding our ideal holidays. Once booked she checks us in at the right time and forwards paperwork to us as well as dealing with any other paperwork issues that may be necessary for our trip, ie submitting API info etc.
I cannot recommend Jayne enough.
