Christine Rothwell arranged a holiday in early 2027 for my two friends and myself,as being senior citizens we were somewhat apprehensive it being our first sea cruise.
Her communication with us was exceptionally helpful and considerate, discussing different options for the services that were available.
This was very helpful and reassuring as she covered everything in great detail.
Silver travel will be my first contact when I want to organise a holiday again and hopefully Christine will be available to advise me.

I found an advert on Facebook for a disney cruise the price seemed decent so I decided to look into it more. Unfortunately when doing that I was unable to get through to speak with someone and knowing my mam had booked with Christine before I got her number and asked if she could help out. I am very excited my cruise is now booked thanks to Christine.

I have made four bookings so far with Sophie Cayley at Silver Travel Advisor. I have been very happy with the service I received. Sophie and the rest of the team at Silver Travel are very experienced. Nothing is too much travel and any quotes I have requested have been very competitive with Sophie giving good advice on the destinations. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sophie and the team at Silver Travel Advisor.

They offer good value for money and looked for the holiday to suit my needs as I have mobility issues the flight times were good hotel and destination was ideal well done Christine Rothwell you have done well

I have always travelled independently, booking flights, hotels and experiences online. I came across Silver Travel Advisor when I attended Destinations a couple of years back. After listening to the benefits of using an agent, I reflected on my usual "book and hope that it lives up to the online pictures and TripAdvisor reviews" approach. As I wasn't paying any extra and was saving a lot of time having one point of contact for any queries/changes, I felt there was little to lose and booked with them there and then. I have booked more since then and Dianne,my contact, has dealt with my inevitable changes and cancellations swiftly and efficiently, saving me no end of stress. She has just actioned yet another amendment on my up and coming trip to Japan. Taking time to fully understand my needs, wants and options and offering personal insight and recommendations when I am undecided, Dianne is the help I didn't know I needed. Personal touches, such as having flowers delivered to our cabin when I took my mother on a cruise for her birthday are a lovely extra. I really cannot recommend her highly enough.

Booked an international tour trip through this company for the first time, Jayne Kerrigan dealt with us and was very patient during our testing deliberations with which holiday to choose, Jayne looked at several options for us with no pressure to book.
Her attention to detail was great, especially as we required some changes and add on. She handled all the airline queries and check in for us and was available throughout the trip if we had any issues ( we didn't). Jayne will be our first contact for future travel plans and advice.

Kerry organised my safari to Botswana and Zimbabwe with Titan holidays and I had a fantastic time. I wanted a holiday with not too many changes in hotels. This was perfect as it was just 2 locations. It was a perfect solos trip and I met new friends and had some fantastic experiences. She kept in touch with me throughout the process and I have just fed back to her about my experience. I will certainly use her again to find my dream holidays.

I’d like to highly recommend Kerry Lowe from silver Travel. She was most helpful in every way by giving me in-depth information on all aspects of my travel to Malta . She was very professional and caring about my comfort and confidence as a solo traveller.

I used Silver Travel to book a short trip with my two dogs. My agent was given a vague brief as I was open suggestions and not sure what I was really looking for other than I wanted a drive no more than a couple of hours, it had to be dog friendly accommodation but also had to have dog friendly attractions and cafés etc in case the weather wasn't great. That's not an easy task as you often find one, but not the other so I was pleasantly surprised when Christine came back with what was basically the jackpot. Bang on price, all boxes ticked and counting down the days now to heading off. Would highly recommend.

I tasked Kerry with finding a short getaway as a present for a friend. She took a significant amount of time to ask and understand what I was looking for in order to be able to source the perfect break.

Kerry was super responsive and gave me a number of options to choose and was always in hand to discuss and I valued her opinion and expertise

The whole planning of a surprise break was made really easy and was seamless and certainly helped me out tremendously as work is very busy. Also the little things like boarding passes etc and s such a lovey touch as it really helps and makes the whole experience a pleasure

Christine gave us numerous choices for our destination, which would suit our requests, We chose a 5 star/plus hotel which was very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble for Christine. I will certainly be using Christine for our next destination.

Nothing was too much trouble for Christine, even though we changed duration and resort, quiet to busy and four to three people. We ended up with exactly what we needed and we have booked again since.
