Jayne is a fabulous asset to silver travel.
She is very knowledgable and offers a great depth of experience to enable the right holidays for her clients

We discovered Silver Travel Advisor at the London Destinations Holiday and Travel Show in Feb 2024 and were immediately impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness by the advisors on the stand. They took time to listen to our aims and suggested various tours straight away - their first hand experience of the area, and advice (pros and cons alike) was refreshingly honest and reassured us we were in safe hands. A week or so later, during our further research and booking, we were looked after by Sue Lord who has been absolutely amazing. She has been so patient, knowledgeable and has taken time to really get to know us and what we want, and tailor the tour operator/destination to our needs. We have now booked two holidays through Sue, the second being a more bespoke private tour which needed a lot of research on hotels, flights and destinations by Sue. She has been unfailingly helpful and extraordinarily patient with us as we made our minds up. As well as researching and booking our holidays she has helped on queries with insurance, general country-specific matters, and and took time to call us before her own annual leave just to make sure we were happy with arrangements for our upcoming holiday prior to her absence. That sort of service is really the icing on the cake and we will definitely be contacting Sue again for future holidays.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a trip with Sophie Cayley, words can not describe how impressed I was, my overall experience was excellent from start to finish.

Sophie went above and beyond to find the best package and was available to answer all of my questions promptly during the process of booking.

From the moment I arrived in Crete, everything ran smoothly. Our baggage took a while to come out and our transfers came to find us and ensure we were safe, the accommodation exceeded my expectations. With a personalised letter from Sophie with emergency numbers in case of any issues during our stay.

She completely delivered on the aim for convenience, and unique travel adventures. I will definitely be using her services again for future trips!

Jayne our Travel Agent pulled it out the bag again! We had an absolutely fabulous holiday that was researched and booked by Jayne!! We would thoroughly recommend staying at The Valentin Somni in Peguera Majorca! The hotel was super clean everywhere and smelled fresh and clean in every part of the hotel! The food was delicious and we did not need to go out to any other restaurants in the area for our evening meal! The only negatives were the Jet 2 Rep did not come to our hotel for 5 days so we couldn’t book any excursions with them. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were only complimentary for the first night then you had to pay for them to be refilled. Apart from that we can’t thank Jayne enough for suggesting this holiday and for taking care of all the arrangements for us!

We recently used Kerry at Silver Travel to book our family summer holiday. From start to finish the process was seamless. Excellent communication and took all our considerations into account and we had a fantastic holiday.

Marie our travel consultant was brilliant from start to finish, especially as it's been a good few years since we've travelled abroad as a family. We sort of knew what we wanted a mixture of historical interest and relaxation and Marie got it spot on. We can't wait until our holiday next year now to Crete.... especially as it's also to celebrate my husband's big 50. If Marie's service is anything to go by I'd highly recommend this company.

I have been liase with Deborah from silver surfer's, although I didn't book anything in the end (my fault) she was amazing, really tried to get me my perfect get away, nothing was to much trouble, an she had some great ideas, really understood what I wanted. Well where do I start. Silver Travel Advisor has been amazing. Providing us quotes, booking (and we have been hard work, asking for different flights, swapping hotels etc). All sorted quickly and efficiently. We are first time cruisers so this has been crucial to have this assistance. Would highly recommend as the customer service we have received has been first class.

We have used Jayne a fair few times for holidays and yet again she nailed it.
We had the most seamless trip to Budapest from airport car park which was direct into the terminal to private transfers and a wonderful hotel. At a fantastic price
