If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They are always on hand to help with suggestions if my usual item is out of stock. I have used both their retail site and wholesale site and will continue to place my orders with them for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend to others

I ordered a large-ish order from Simba vapes. One box of juice was missing so I messaged them and emailed twice but had no response whatsoever!
Awful customer service - I won’t buy from again!

The shipping took 2 weeks so a little long otherwise i received exactly what i had ordered and nothing was damaged

i’m starting to get really annoyed i ordered a vape on monday and my friends ordered the exact same ones the day after me and there vapes come the next day i’m still waiting though wont be using this website again

The vapes are quite remarkable. Especially my favorite is Crystal Prime. Will recommend others. Customer service is quite cooperative and rapid. I received my order the very next day after placing the order.

We ordered for the first time this week, and the whole process has gone smoothly. There were a few bits out of stock but I was refunded and the mass majority of my order was delivered. I will definitely be using them for all our future orders. We even received a few freebies

Quick delivery, slight discrepancy with the order which the guys had tried to ring me prior to dispatching. Rang up really wanted to help and get it right turns out the replacement they sent me was nicer than the one I ordered. Fantastic products and Superb customer services and aftercare. Would highly recommend.

£124 didn't arrive. Thought I had been scammed. SV customer care were brilliant sending me again my order plus a gift as a good will gesture will order again. Very good quality service.
