I was contacted about a stock issue and each vape affected was swapped for an alternative at no extra cost to me. In addition to the exceptional customer service, they included an additional vape for the inconvenience. Cannot recommend them enough.

DO NOT BUY, I ordered 2 packs of the 10, i received 2 not the same vapes I ordered I have rang them the phone numbers do not connect I have emailed no reply they have stole £150 of my money

I ordered a 10 pack of lost mary devices and my order was completely messed up all wrong flavours. furthermore after contacting them and coming to get a refund i was only refunded partially. this is ontop of the fact they tried to deny they were breaking UK law!!

40 pounds taxes and 20 pouds delivery fées for 60 pounds command, it is funny to Pay the double ? Not for me. They also do not answer by mail and cannot join by phone. WORST shop Ever. I will NEVER command again on this shop
