Great shop, I'll be buing again, not happy with the Master Class
I've bought several things from Simpel Sourdough and I am very very happy with them. 5 stars for them.
What I am not happy with is the international version (in English ) of the pricey Master Class that I bought.The Danish videos were used, which is OK but the audio in English is completely out of sync - in many cases the video ends and the audio continues for another 10 or more seconds.
I would much rather have English subtitles in sync rather than English audio out of sync.

We are currently working to improve the videoes and audio/subs on our english masterclass course and it will be edited for all existing customers aswell.
Besides that more videoes will be added to the 2.0 later this year free of charge :-)

The product itself is great
The product itself is great. I think it needs to have some kind of wood protector. Eventually I think the wood will rot and break.

Do you mean wood protection for the bread lame?
We recommend you not to dishwash the product and to give it some neutral oil once in a while. This should keep it nice and going for a very long time :)
