Mr Ola our driver was amazing, despite flight arrival delay and even longer checkout period. He was super polite and his vehicle was so spacious and he accommodated my request for a child's car seat.

It was an amazing ride. Driver arrived right on time. (It's usually set to an hour after landing, which you can change). The driver was very professional, even offered me his Wi-Fi hotspot to use throughout the journey. He played low-volume smooth jazz music all through.
The Car was luxurious and very neat.

I booked Simpla Rides for my mum. The driver called her to inform her about a flat tire. It was unsettling at first but the manager I spoke with arranged an alternative taxi and covered the additional cost of £190 to ensure my mum was picked up and brought home safely. I really appreciate this kind gesture from them- it was her first time in the UK but they made sure to easily locate her and find an alternative Airport taxi driver who was also so kind.

The driver, Clement, was on time and in constant contact with me. Picked me up as soon as I left the baggage area. The ride was smooth and driver well engaging. I will use them again.

It was my first time using Simplaa and was not referred to them by anyone...Just wanted to try them and see how it will go....... I received such impeccable service from Mr. Peterside who met us at Gatwick Airport, and took us to our destination. He assisted with our luggage and was very nice and patient with the kids..
I would refer Simplaa for their professionalism, prompt service and well trained staff....

The drivers behaviour and conduct

The driver arrived more than an hour after our agreed time. This is a very unpleasant experience considering the long haul flight that we went through. It took several phone calls before the driver showed up.

To day is my first time booking simplaa ride and I got 💯 % treatment. They were calling, communicating with me, the driver even came in pushed the trolley to the car park, loaded my luggage in the car, drove me in a nice and neat car carefully to my destination and help me off loads my boxes. Simplaa ride is the best. I mistakenly tapped the red star .

The Driver was very nice and contacted us before the flight took off, we aligned and he was there on time to pic us. Good and clean car.

This is my first time dealing with this company, they really surprised me with their fantastic service. The customer service was so great that they were the one following up with calls. I booked a pickup for my old Dad, even with the fact papa can't connect to the Airport wifi, they did a great job locating him, they went extra mile locating my Dad. Even when I thought they're going to charge more waiting time, but I'm surprised they never did. Have never received this kind of great service before. I must say, you guys are fantastic including the driver. The customer service was so prompt. You can never go wrong dealing with this kind of people. I give it to you guys...... Thanks so much for today, the service you rendered today is more than what I paid for. Gracias
