Horrible customer service. It is non existent. We cannot modify our subscription. Have to rely on their response to support ticket. They have tried to put through a payment 4 times. I contact them to stop. I don't want their service.. No response. I would never pay for their service again. Impossible to stop their billing. It has cost me charges Everytime they try to put through payment . 4 days in a row .

I went all in with simpleology, and it just was a bad software that is so overpriced for the value and features. I bought all of the add ons along the way too I also did not get all of the addons I paid for. Their support is beyond frustrating and their phone number does not work.

I have been charged $197 for some membership I supposedly signed up for through this company. The website offers no way to cancel. If you attempt to manage your membership, it just sends a message to support. So far, they have not responded to my request for a receipt, request to have the charges reversed, or cancel the account immediately. It does not matter whether their service is good or not because I never knew I had it to use it -- these business practices are very deceptive.

I use Simpleology daily. The software helps me stay focused on my goals and take the right actions to achieve them. It also offers a way to manage projects and teams. But, the software is just the tip of the iceberg. The vast storehouse of training available through the platform is exceptional and highly beneficial for anyone wishing to grow and improve their business.

I now have had FULL control of my life and growth for years and attribute my business success and zero anxiety level to this amazing tool. I hate to even call it a tool; it’s my daily faithful companion. Still discovering things it does after eight years! Trying it yourself is the only way to find out! It’s just that simple.

To put it simply, Simpleology works. Very well.

This is the best goal setting software ever so these other reviews are false by people who don’t tell the truth about one of the most intelligent business minds ever so don’t listen to the lies so it seems that Trust or Truth is gone from this company also false reviews are not ok and liars are even worse I have used this software for years and it’s still the best ever please remove these false reviews or we have to do a full forensic audit of Trust pilot here as false reviews are a form of fraud in and of its self Mark Joyner is one of the smartest business trainers ever I have use his stuff for years and it works at all levels ..

This company charged my virtual credit card $97 without my authorization. I paid for a digital ebook that supposedly cost $37 and they apparently charged me the $37 then immediately charged me a separate additional $97. Needless to say I am beyond pissed off. I have already filed fraud.

Oh this company promise you so much, as any good SCAMMER would do...
They try to be a life planner but in fact, you lose much more time with their website and tons of junk emails you'll be receiving than doing anything you planned.
The ugly part now: everything you do, they push you to pay something. Every now and then, they do an "upgrade" to make you pay more, for the same things... Every mail or message you'll receive is about promise of success and make you wait for soemething BIG! If you pay for it of course... I'm a paid user, they sold me on their website a lifetime use for 99 dollars (just for basic stuffs) but they put me as a free user after a while...
Peole, run away from it, there is real life planners outhere that make you spend less time on their website/app and more time on your goals.
