Ordered from Simple on Line Pharmacy as I have every single months for the last 14 months - was referred to a prescriber to make sure I could still have it - prescriber the agreed my medication telling me it was sent out on Monday - I then didn’t receive my medication until late Wednesday afternoon when the gel pack was extremely warm and melted the box that it came in was all smashed up - I’m just hoping that the pen will be ok to still use - paying all that money monthly and am just not happy with the time and state of my parcel when I eventually received it

I didn't receive the amount I had paid for. I've emailed with details and a photo of the opened contents, but still not heard anything ....Edit. The company have been in touch and rectified the situation. Great customer service 👏

Good so far

So far so good!.. although taking the picture was a bit fumbly for me lol..but phoned customer service and a lovely lady helped me through it!.. fast delivery, planning on taking my first injection tonight. Ive had it before from another provider and worked a treat, lost 16lbs in 6 weeks on 0.25mg unfortunately had other things came up ££ so had to stop.

Unfortunately, although I ordered on Saturday, I did not receive until Tuesday- and had 45min notification that it was coming this day prior to delivery

Still waiting on my order 4 days after…

Still waiting on my order 4 days after placing my order. They have partnered with Royal Mail and they haven’t delivered as advised over the last 3 days even manipulating their own system to say delivery unsuccessful even though no one attempted a delivery. Customer service refusing a refund even though it’s clear they have not delivered on time and offering no help other than checking with Royal Mail! Will not be ordering from them again
