Usually a positive experience, however, my last order was besieged with issues. Despite using my medication as directed I was asked the same questions repeatedly. It was beyond their understanding that if I order four weeks of medication every three weeks, I would eventually have a backlog to use before placing another order. Made to feel like I had ‘broken the rules.’ Delivery was slow, item was sent to Scotland before being delivered to me in the East Midlands meaning that the temperature controlled packaging had completed defrosted by the time it reached me. Disappointing when paying for next day delivery.

It was very easy to fill out the form and I liked that some of my questions were queried. This showed me that professionally they were taking my application seriously. I had to provide other evidence on some of my medication and I wasn’t sure if I’d be approved. However I was along with some advice first and the medication was here the next day.
