I didn’t receive my item

I didn’t receive my item. It still with royal mail since Monday without ice. I sent 2 emails to the pharmacy no answer.

Took too long to come

Unfortunately my parcel took 3 days to come and it was 30 degrees each day. I think using royal mail for refridgerator goods is a bad idea.

My photos and proof of medication…

My photos and proof of medication history were not good enough and the instructions and processing time to fix this was way too long . I bought from this company because it was advertised as same day delivery. I ordered on Friday morning early and received it Tuesday afternoon. Which isn't same day .

Post office tracking not updated

While please with service up until now, my current order, the first for wegovy without cooling packaging, appears stuck in glasgow for 2 days, so this is the first time I've needed to contact them. The website consistently says contact them same day for non delivery wherever you look but there's no link. So unable to comply before they're shut for the day. No post office updates for 2 days other than initial receipt scan.
