"dave"

talked to a guy called "dave". was unable to log into the account. Very rude and arrogant for no reason. i am sure he knows who he is. learn some manners.

1st line support have been terrible on…

1st line support have been terrible on numerous occasions. I've opened numerous tickets only to find changes they've made have taken the server or websites offline.

When you get past them the support is much better (most times)

Used to be a good company but getting…

Used to be a good company but getting worse since taken over, for instance 2 months ago I asked for an invoice to be split as one of the SSL certs was no longer required, the additional invoice was cancelled, but then it appeared on my account again in December. I was asked to update from PayPal to Card payment to prevent this happening. I did this and then I find out they have taken £42 off my card for the supposedly cancelled invoice I had already paid for in October, so was charged twice. Companies cannae do things like this in this day and age. £42 is a lot of money for a small business. I am still waiting for billing support to refund me after 4 days and from the original support ticket date this has been going on since October.

Used to be great

Used to be great, but since iomart bought them, the service has been getting worse. The techs aren't as knowledgeable and refuse to answer questions to them moving the services. In the last week, they have broken the connection from our e-commerce platform to MySql causing outages and breaking the links to external apps. They seem to think that 24-hour response is good enough even though they've caused the issues. Avoid at all costs.

after cancelling there services took £288 without my permission from card
now raised a dispute
Go for reliable company if you want to maintain your rankings on google
