Avoid at all costs they are fraudulent and just want to talk you out of £5000 this is the 2nd one I’ve had they are scammers do not let them in your home

Beware con merchants had to give one star unfortunately don't touch with a barepole

I paid for their services and had a call wanting more information which I had to come back to them with and despite numerous attempts to give the information to them they have not responses. They are crooks! DON’T BE A SUCKER like I was!

Don't use them. They do not answer emails or phone calls and I have just discovered they are using the Society of Will Writers logo fraudulently as confirmed by the Society themselves who have suggested I contact Trading Standards.

Such a simple clear and efficient service

If you have a simple solution such as pass all to my wife and then my kids and no complexities then this is a breeze! Follow the simple instructions and done - they also offer advice and support but did not need as mine was straight forward. I also had to amend when my kids moved addresses and that was a free change so what more could i ask for.

Suppose I will never ever know if it works.... but at least I know I feel covered and my family dont need to worry over me not having one

I found their process easy step by step approach good. Only improvement would be a few more guidance notes

Just received the digital version. It has 'Please Select ..' printed in each space where an address field in the form was left empty. Unusable and very unprofessional. I shall attempt to get a refund.

They are useless.
I couldn't get a reply by email to ask a simple question for over a month.
I rewrote my will and sent it special delivery and have written 3 emails asking for confirmation they received it.

No way you can contact them. The 0141 telephone number is always on busy tone and the 0800 number is not recognised.

Even you can not send an e-mail via their ' contact us' - there is no security question written nor there is any thing else to her, so yiu can't send the e-mail.

Highly recommend. This is the third will I have completed on here. One for my dad - which went through probate quickly and I was able to fully execute easily. I helped my sister draw up a will and I have done one myself. Easy to complete and great for straightforward estates.

Excellent service which is really easy to complete on line. Everybody should have a will but get put off by the thought of going to a solicitor. You can have your will sorted in minutes - obviously a short wait if you order one to be printed & bound, but you can print your own at home & have it signed the same day.

Shocking service, I went with this company on the back of a Martin Lewis Moneysaving recommendation, it took 2 months and endless communication with one very incompetent person to get a hard copy sent. I just wanted a printed copy on some decent high gsm paper for my signatories. I have now been refunded in full. Never again.

The process over the phone was swift and fairly straight forward. Gillian who was my contact with Simple Wills explained everything in layman's terms and forwarded the finished will for viewing by email at first and by hard copy a little later

Very easy to complete a will online - recommended by MoneySavingExpert who also ensure a discount. Nothing in the post, no ability to contact them by phone. Printing the online version on the will should be fine but I would not recommend this service.

Couldn't pay with card as system didn't work had to use Paypal and couldn't get written response to question how much to retrieve and cancel lifetime storage

We ordered Wills over a week ago and received the online ones but have yet to receive hard copies through post. The 0800 0431158 number is obsolete and no-one thus far has picked up the 0141 227 7782 number. Just tried the 0141 number again and someone did answer who apologised and indicated there had been a 'blip' in proceedings last week and our hard copy should arrive in another week. Meanwhile apparently we can print off and sign the on-line copies to cover us whilst awaiting the originals.

Simple enough to prepare a will, but not received my pack after 3 weeks. Unable to make contact at all; no response to email and phone just rings until it disconnects. I am beginning to wonder if I have been ripped off!
