I purchased a cold storage wallet from Ellipal and began purchasing crypto through simplex. Everything was going fine, until.i attempted to purchase more crypto the third time and their third party ID verification company asked for my information. I attempted to open the screen to send my info, I keep receiving an error message and that was two weeks ago, I contacted simplex customer support and it was supposed to be forwarded to tech support, didn't happen and this was multiple occasions.
