This was a great experience! I had a terrible experience with the hospitals lactation consultants, so I was very nervous about this appointment. Simplifed made it simple to schedule and customize my appointment. Victoria was amazing and quickly made me feel relaxed and confident. It was extremely beneficial; my only complaint was the quality of the video call. It was very laggy at times and cut out. Overall, a wonderful experience!!

The company really focuses on “baby feeding journey”, which was a breath of fresh air! I had met with lactation consultants prior, and despite discussing my struggles and what my future is looking like, the only recommendation was to bring baby back to breast. This was so discouraging and frustrating. I met with Victoria and she was so helpful. I had been exclusively pumping, which she helped me realize is not what is best for me. She discussed a weaning schedule with me and then moved the conversation to how does baby eat on the bottle. She helped me discover that baby was taking way too long to eat and made some suggestions. We implemented them and now baby is feeding great. Even though I am not breastfeeding and on my way to exclusively formula feeding, I felt very welcome and very heard. I was encouraged to schedule additional appointments if necessary if baby continued to have a hard time feeding or if I needed additional support.

Being able to figure out my issues with pumping from home saved my breastfeeding journey. It was comfortable and easy to be seen by a truly great provider

My experience was good because the person I was talking to was very personable. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She really seemed to care and gave helpful advice.

I had a prenatal breastfeeding consult. I was so happy with the support I received from the Nurse Practioner. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. I learned a lot and feel more confident in breastfeeding for when my baby girl arrives soon.

All my questions were answered, I felt so comfortable talking with Victoria about everything I needed to and I even seen results to her recommendations. I’m happy with SimpliFed and Victoria’s job!
