It is completely your choice whether you want to turn your video on. Great support for a first time mom!
Victoria was so very personable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease as I continue on my breastfeeding journey. I am looking forward to speaking with her again as I prepare to transition back to work.

I had a wonderful virtual meeting with Victoria, she was so open to listening to my baby feeding goals and non-judge mental. I never felt like I was being pushed to exclusively breastfeed, she supported my hopes to both breastfeed and pump to feed my baby. Victoria gave me honest tips and tactics I could use at the hospital and when I come home to help make my goals a reality. I am looking forward to contacting her again after baby arrives to revisit how things are going.

I have met with the lactation consultant ( Emily) three times now and she is great! I love how easy it is to make appointments and meeting through video chat. And I love how supportive she is with her advice.

Easy and convenient
I had a great virtual lactation consultation through SimpliFed! My baby is four months old and has been breast feeding since day one, but I still face many insecurities and challenges even this late in the game. My virtual consultation helped to ease my mind about the insecurities I’ve been feeling. I was able to bring up all of my concerns and have them addressed during the session. I even got a summary of the appointment via email that same day. It was super easy to schedule my consultation through text (a millennial’s dream!) and I was able to be seen within 24 hours of when I initially reached out to them. I will definitely use SimpliFed for any and all future breastfeeding matters!

The lactation consultants on staff are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do the best they can given the virtual format, and technical difficulties that can sometimes arise with the online telehealth format. My one critique would be that I wish there were options to meet a lactation consultant in person.
