Unracked a server i utilized and made no communication or anything to fix the issue even after being paid to incentivize fixing their issue.

Amazing Support, I would massively recommend this Hosting Community for your Website and or Game Service Provider! They have really good and responsive Support Team. 'Coobik' has been very helpful throughout in ensuring that everything is running as it should be and when theres an Issue you can easily open a Support Ticket within their Discord and they quickily get to the Bottom of the issue all you need to do is provide them your email and they can easily fix the issue for you without having to cause you in any stress and they also give you a description of what happened and of why it caused the problem to occur in the first place

When I needed help I opened a support ticket and got help really fast and the prices is really low would recommend.

I have just recently switched to Simplistic from zap-hosting. This service has been great. Coobik, the owner of Simplistic has been such a great help and really fun guy to chat with. I unfortunately had lost my site data in the drive failure incident a couple days ago, as my account was so new, less than a day old, the files were not in the back up, after bringing this to their attention Coobik was quick to respond and had me and my community back up and running in less than an hour. Great service, great people, and best of all great pricing.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could. They deleted all my data and my package, then falsely claimed I requested an immediate cancellation, which I never did. The downtime was frequent, and their support was consistently unhelpful. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially considering I paid for a full year in advance.

It's also interesting to note that someone else complained about data loss just 9 hours ago.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different host to avoid the hassle.

Worst hosting ive used. they lost all our websitre data not even the backup system worked this is not a good hosting company been with them less then 1 month and they lost all our data

Over the past couple of months I have been with Simplistic Node, I have received nothing but amazing support. Very fast response times, and if you ever have a issue. They will make sure it gets solved within that same time frame.

I love this hosting company i host website thru them and they dont hardly have any downtime and they are there for any questiosn you have and they are always willing to help out. i love this host and wouldnt go anywhere else

The entire process from start to finish has been excellent. From the welcome greeting to the swift response for assistance, it has been a pleasure working with you all.

So I am always using Simplistic Node all the time, and they never let me down. They get the stuff I ask them done within hour or 2. There mans to there word when they say they get something done they really do. I feel as they have 24/7 Support because there response time is amazing. Def would use again and recommend for everyone else.

Comp is good they help out where they can and when they can if your a good customer and having issues with money they don't have a problem letting you off the hock for a month they are the best and fast with support got my domain changed within 2 hours I do recommend this place

Pretty sure this used to be hamz hosting, the lack of communication between this company and there customers is seriously lacking. They will probably reply and rush to defend themselves but the truth has to be said!
