Simply Cover 

Washing machine cover. Took multiple payments from account daily, which should have been monthly as well as the yearly payment which had not been agreed. When phoned up to cancel they were extremely rude and acted as though I was trying to recoup more than my losses when I simply explained I needed to cancel and wanted to be refunded for the numerous payments.

Wanted me to set up a direct debit immediately without sight of any documents. When I insisted on seeing documents before signing up got very defensive and said that wasn't possible.
Documents could only be read after setting up a direct debit! Also tried telling me that financial advisors don't agree with life insurance, my brother is a financial advisor, and I have worked in financial advisor administration most of my life ..their spiel is a load of guff

I had a call from this company about my life insurance policy and was lead to believe they were my broker. They knew a lot of information and I’m sure there is a GDPR issue here and I have requested a SAR from their complaints mailbox. They are dishonest and I wouldn’t trust a word they say avoid at all costs

I have just had the best cover for cheaper than my last thank you simply cover

Whilst the Policy offered was good in the end, Simply Cover completely got lots of the proposal details wrong, leaving us to have to make many amendments to the Application once it came through in the post. All this despite they agent "double-checking" the answers I gave. Very haphazard... he sounded rushed and not very concentrated. I wouldn't recommend them.

I was so pleased with this call initially I spoke to Richard Morgan and I was shocked that I had a policy that I assumed was for life was only for another 14 years, but I was rewarded for stopping smoking and given a longer cover for less money! Richard was very kind and helpful and he then passed me to Matthew who was every bit as helpful and I am so delighted that I no longer have to worry about my kids paying funeral costs

I have been having constant phone calls and blocking them answered a call as it was Wales, thinking it my be a colleague from elsewhere in the country. Totally Misled by the sales representative thinking it was someone from HSBC knew too much about me.
Numerous attempts to cancel the policy after discussing it with my bank and husband, immediately after the email received. Completely scammed by the company.
No answer on the 0800 number and the 0333 is for NUFFIELD HEALTH! I have informed my bank to stop the direct debt as I was misled by the sales representative.
