I am sorry that the pens have not arrived. As it has been over 10 days since we shipped the item it is likely that Royal Mail have lost the package. We have issued a full refund back to your PayPal account.
Genuine company with cheap quality goods
Items were cheap compared to other places, delivery was fast and packaged safely. Always unsure whether some sites are genuine when prices are low, this company was brilliant, will shop again

I see that the parcel has been finally delivered by Royal Mail. I am not sure what happened with the parcel, but seems it was stuck in their system for some time. I can assure you that this is not normal service that we give our customers. As a gesture we have refunded £5 back to your card.

It was explained to you on the phone that the order was sent by Royal Mail 48 which is not a tracked service and therefore no tracking number is available.
