I have emailed 3 times but no reply
When I got a response they advised that they can’t guarantee delivery after charging for it . I still haven’t received my order and I request a refund and they stopped replying

The items were delivered with speed and efficiency. However I’m not best pleased with one of the actual items ordered as it doesn’t work properly. This is a manufacturing fault and so not attributable to the seller.

It is so good that you can buy individual pencils and not have to purchase a box full of those you never use.

The wool included in the kit, which was 100% acrylic and very unpleasant to work with, was quite simply not enough to make the pumpkins, despite my many attempts. There were errors in the instructions too.
I am very experienced at crochet and this kit was a huge disappointment.

The order system limited me to purchasing 2, rather than the 6 I’d intended, and while I could have placed more orders until I’d reached the intended 6, the delivery costs rendered the product poor value for money. Apart from that ordering and online payment was straightforward and the items arrived within a week.

3 x Ordered Faber Castell pitt artist pen for calligraphy. I like these for writing cards. Delivered quickly.

Wondered why the order was taking so long. It arrived today after some time the package was damaged. It looked like water damage but fortunately the items were not damaged. I think the post office were to blame!
