Marabu delight.
I was delighted to find a great selection of Marabu gel and glitter pens for my art/textiles work. I had bought a few at a quilt show but needed another colour range. I ordered them and received them by post within 48hours at a very competitive price!

‘Dispatch’ & website comments
‘Dispatch’ was indeed within 3 days - but it took at least a couple more before the Royal Mail seemed to have it. What does ‘dispatched’ mean therefor I wonder.
Website very difficult to navigate, there are products that come up on Google search with you that are not possible to find using the taxonomy you have on your web site.

I have looked into your order and we shipped the order on 28th March and Royal Mail collected the item from us that day. The delay in Royal Mail scanning the item was due to Friday being a Bank Holiday. It was processed at their hub on the Saturday and was delivered to you on 2nd April which is within the 2-3 working day delivery time that Royal Mail quote for this service. We are currently improving the navigation on the site to make it easier to locate products so your feedback is appreciated.
