I was pleased to find a supplier of Polychromos pastels. S4C delivered my order promptly and the delivery charge was very reasonable. I would have given 5 stars except that my parcel was thrown through my letterbox on delivery breaking 4 of the 6 pastels although they were reasonably well parcelled. Wrapping the bubblewrap tighter might have saved them and adding a FRAGILE sticker to the box might well have helped. Overall pleased though and would recommend this company.

Having contacted Simply4crafts by telephone to inform them that I hadn't received my item, (via EVRI)
and after a couple of emails and a further telephone call to say that I still required the item, I was delighted to receive it the following day via Royal Mail!

I made an order before Christmas which didn't arrive. It was the fault of the carrier. After a couple of emails I received a full refund and was able to reorder. This time it arrived quickly and my grandson is delighted. Thank you for helping to get this sorted out so promptly.

The product, despatch and general speed with which the order was dealt with was first class.
The only sticking point was the choice of an Evri delivery, which was awful to say the least.

Haven't received my package yet even though I ordered it over a week ago. This might be the fault of Evri and if it turns out that is the case, I will change my review once I receive my order but only if I receive it early this week because this has greatly impacted my work and I won't be ordering from them again if this is how it's going to go.
