Very poor and unpleasant customer service
Very poor and (based on a further email from this company to my initial review) extremely unpleasant customer service. Will definitely not be ordering from this company again or recommending them in any respect.

I don't understand why you have left such a negative comment. We supplied the goods on your order which you acknowledged receipt of. There was an error which meant another package was sent to your address also. When you contacted us to advise of the additional package we asked if you could return the item if we sent you a Return Label. You said it would be inconvenient so we then offered to get Royal Mail to collect the package from you at no cost to yourself. It was too late to arrange for today so we have arranged for Friday as you suggested.
It is a bit unfair for you to leave this review when there was nothing wrong with your order.

We have checked the tracking with Hermes and it shows the item being delivered on 22nd April and POD picture shows the item being posted into a post box labelled "1". If this is not the case please contact us via our website and we will resolve the issue accordingly.
