I am extremely happy with the service I received from Simply Beautiful Floors, Shaw, Oldham. Their customer service from beginning, calling into their lovely showroom, was fantastic. Becky in the showroom is more than helpful.
The fitters for my Karndean floor were on time, friendly and polite. They were with me for a day and a half and always left my home in good order.
I am so pleased with the finished result in my hallway and living room. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends 😊👍🏻

From walking into the showroom speaking to Becky about what we required , Peter measuring up and the fitting team couldn’t do enough 👏👍 This was a huge job after a house fire & with Kardean & Carpet fitted throughout we now look brand new # Simply Beautiful Floors .

The staff in the shop were very helpful and efficient. The flooring was well laid and although we are pleased with the result we wish we had spent longer looking at the options available. The only reason I gave four stars is because the fitter did not have the recommended cleaner with hom and promised to drop it off - he didn’t so had to order on line

From visiting the store to fitting, we were really happy. We visited Simply Beautiful Floors as our first point in our carpet search, but then didn't bother looking elsewhere. The service in store was wonderful, we took samples away and we then had a visit for fitting measurements a few days later. We appreciated that the store kept some of our carpet back too for when we completed building work.

We now have carpets in all the bedrooms, landing, stairs and living room from the store and they look lovely and feel soft. Fitters were great. They made sure it was perfect.

From beginning to end the service I received from Simply Beautiful Floors was first class. The staff were very helpful helping me decide on the colour and style of my new kitchen flooring. Jordan was extremely polite, professional and informative regarding the fitting and aftercare of the flooring, nothing was too much trouble. Charlie was again very polite and helpful. Like the name of the company says “A Simply Beautiful Floor”. From the first experience to the last, the process, quality of product and fitting service on the day was best in class. I would say that, the experience was simple, fun and better than expectations. The fitting team really enjoyed the day and the final product was testament to that. Absolutely beautiful flooring, the fitters were great and although there was a minor issue after fitting, they resolved it without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely a beautiful floor, had both carpet and karndean fitted with ease and it looks fabulous. The process of selecting flooring to fitting was easy and all the team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble.
The fitting team even helped with moving of furniture as we couldn’t completely empty the rooms. Al bless him worked through the whole day, didn’t even stop to eat what a power house. We also received a letterbox of brownies a short while after fitting as a lovely thank you for your business, which are made by Julie Simply GF 🤩

Simply Beautiful Floors are an excellent company to deal with, I found them to be very professional and friendly receiving great help and advice from Garry in choosing the right floor covering for my hall and bathroom. Jordon did an excellent job fitting it and I am thrilled with the result. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family.

This isn’t the first time we’ve used this company and it certainly won’t be the last, from the help and guidance in the shop to the standard of fitting, 5 stars all round for this very well run family business and a big pat on the back for jordan the fitter that arrived on time and left everywhere immaculate, once again thank you massively!

We've used Simply Beautiful Floors for every room in our house, and most recently as the finishing touch to a kitchen/ utility refit. From first contact in the showroom, everything was professional and focused on our project needs. We were given helpful advice and suggestions along with clear costs and a project plan. Our fitter, Jordan was professional, friendly and helpful. The job worked out exactly as planned and we are delighted with the outcome.
