Flooring has been down a week and I love it ! From visiting the shop to choose the flooring to the fitting, I can’t fault the service, friendly, helpful and the floor has been fitted beautifully.

Really can't recommend this company enough they are so friendly and helpful Gary Perer and Rebecca, from start to finish nothing is to much trouble, we gave used them for carpets and karndean flooring Darren dud my flooring again cannot do enough for you so easy to work with all of them we wouldn't go anywhere else thanks again to all the staff.😁

.Every detail was carefully and properly explained. The fitting and advice given was first class This was our second purchase and fitting from the company and on both occasions it can only be described as being satisfactory and first class.

From Gary showing us our options in the show room to Jordan and the team laying the flooring and carpets in our whole house, these guys are brilliant.
This family run local business didn’t let us down. They ensured the flooring and carpets were fitted within 4 days and the job was and is perfect. Their aftercare is second to none and we can’t thank them enough.

Jordan and Craig have done an amazing job. They were thoughtful, knowledgeable and very skillful. Everything was done with the upmost care. If I was ever asked for a recommendation then I would not hesitate to give the company’s name. 10/10 and I’m a very, very happy customer.

Pre purchase the staff in the shop were very helpful, explaining everything to us as were were new to Karndean flooring. We visited twice. The guy who measured up was also very helpful on the design. The fitters turned up on time on the day promised. Worked really hard without stopping until completed. We love our new flooring.

I would highly recommend this company as there is a vast amount of choice, quality is excellent on all flooring and very reasonable on price. Becky was always polite, professional and could not do enough and in my opinion went above and beyond....thank you! 😊

The fitter, I think his name is Jordan, has done a fantastic job laying Karndean in our bedroom. He made sure everything was perfect.

Wow where do I start, absolutely fantastic service. I have recently moved into a new home and needed all the house fitting with flooring.

We attended the show room in November and had the carpets and upstairs fitted within a week. Such a quick and efficient service. (The ensuite is ok but needs a little touch up on the finish, I believe this was contracted out work not the best finish)

We had all the downstairs fitted with Karndean flooring and WOW it is beautiful… Such a fantastic job. Jordan was our floor fitter he was such a lovely person. Jordan arrived on day one and was very professional and such a great worker all the way through to the end. Jordan takes such pride in the job he undertakes, and his dedication shines through.
The job is brilliant and he is such a crafts man, I love every aspect of the floor.
It was worth every penny spent, the experience was made so much more pleasing by Jordan.
I would highly recommend and where possible ask for Jordan, he really cares and has such attention to detail.

Jordan fitted Karndean floor tiles in my hall this morning. He did a perfect job! He was polite, friendly and professional. His work was meticulous and he took great care and attention to ensure a perfect fit, even though the job was fiddly. I cannot recommend his work or this firm highly enough. They went to great lengths to source the tiles I wanted, despite them having been discontinued. This is the 3rd time I have used them and I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Beautiful floors, especially if you want Karndean flooring. Thanks, And credit where it is due!

Great service and fast fitting to the highest standard by Jordan, all at a fair price. We had Karndean Hayfield Oak fitted in our newly decorated living room, and it looks superb, thanks to Jordans dedication and eye for detail. Thanks SBF!

Highly recommend simply beautiful floors. From choosing the flooring to fitting, their customer service has been exceptional throughout. We had several issues with our building work which delayed the floor being put down, and Peter/Gary went above and beyond to assist us. Great service.

We had Kardean laid on an uneven surface with under floor heating and despite this the result is fantastic. The service was excellent from Gary in the showroom to our 3 friendly and efficient fitters.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable the lovely showroom with lots of choice. Confirmed fitting 2 days before via text. Fitters were lovely guys on time Extremely and clean workers. Excellent job would definitely recommend them.

If we can give 6 stars, we would give it! Very honest, friendly, and professional. From picking the right design, installation, and after sales, everything went beyond our expectations! We greatly appreciate Gary on helping us decide the right design of our Karndean. We would definitely recommend!

The lads who laid the flooring were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble as in moving all the furniture etc. The family all think what a fantastic they have done. Highly recommended. Lorna.
