We would highly recommend Simply Beautiful floors not only due to their array of choices but also all the staff. Becky & Peter were beyond fabulous from us stepping into the showroom & showed great professionalism. They were both friendly, helpful & very knowledgable of all products. Becky offered great advice whilst we chose our LVT flooring & it was greatly received & appreciated. The customer service is exceptional regards to emails, phone calls & texted messages, throughout the whole procedure, from both Becky & Peter. The fitting was hassle free & the guys Jordan, Joseph, Darren & Alan were respectful, polite, professional & hard working. You could not meet a nicer team.

Excellent service from start to finish - Lovely showroom with lots of lovely carpets to choose from. Peter and Becky were very helpful and everything was sorted very quickly and we were very impressed with the guys who fitted our stairs and landing carpet. A faultless service from beginning to end! Becky was superb in the showroom guiding us through choices of flooring for our various rooms and clearly understands the products. We had Alan and Jo fit the floorings for us. Great lads, so polite and respectful and got the job done efficiently. The place was immaculate when they left.

Excellent showroom with lots of flooring examples. Really helpful staff who went out of their way to explain the flooring process and provide advice. Took 1.5days to lay floor in extension. Darren was top notch with attention to detail and finishing when he laid the floor could not ask for more. Gary was very helpful throughout with great customer care.

After doing some alterations to the bathroom our floor needed ‘patching’
Simply floors attended / measured up - located the existing pattern and did a perfect matching job!

Right from visiting the showroom the whole experience has been nothing but friendly and professional. We selected the floor design with help from staff and have been extremely pleased with the floor crafts people and not least with the end result. The business name is certainly apt, as we have been given a simply beautiful floor.

We have used this company multiple times. They are really helpful and I would recommend highly! Any problems you have in the future they are very helpful and will get to you as soon as they can.

First off Gary was excellent in helping us choose the floor for our home, the whole process was very smooth and easy. He came to measure up a couple days after meeting him to putting the order in. Jordan and Joe the fitters were excellent, they managed to level up the floor, fit a hallway, kitchen and under stairs flooring in just 2 days. Props to the radio as well for providing some good songs for them to work too, even got to hear some of their karaoke. Would recommend Simply Beautiful floors to anyone, as Gary and the team are excellent.
