I had the new floor covering put on top…
I had the new floor covering put on top of floor previously down, l am unable to open my kitchen door fully. Waited 2 days for them to get back to me, l then emailed, got a response the next day , awaiting a phone call back, apparently they don't shave the door bottom, nothing was said when l bought it, so ?? have to pay for a joiner to fix!!!! Not happy.

Fantastic service
We recently had our hall carpet cleaned and we inherited 2 small ridges as a result. All our carpets were from SBF so I called to see if someone could come and have a look and try to remove the ridges. I was hoping someone might come over the next few weeks but they arrived 15 minutes later and after another 10 minutes the carpet looks good as new. With fantastic service like that why would you go anywhere else. Thanks very much.
