It was an easy set up but you can’t add an additional insured online. They want you to call and the wait on hold is ridiculous.

Quick and easy process. They also had the most affordable plan that I found.

Everything was very well explained and handled diligently.

The first agent was okay; however, the second agent was very knowledgeable about the policy coverage on what is exclusive and what is covered.

Do not use this company.
1. They do not answer their phones or emails. I’ve been trying to reach them for five business days now.
2. I am trying to make sure my business policy does not renew and cannot cancel it online, cannot remove a credit card and they do not reply to emails or phone calls. Imagine if you actually had a claim to talk with someone!!

Yall got me insurance for cheep and fast.

I was needing insurance for vendor events. Simply Business stepped up and was there when I needed it. The gentleman who help me was very patient and understanding. Took the time I needed to answer my questions. Stayed online to make sure I was able to access what I needed. He did an outstanding job! He is asset to SB. Thank you for all the help!
