It looks like scam, I ordered online but never received my car mat. When I emailed them they told me I need to pay extra money. I asked them for refund but they never sent me a refund. Be careful ‼️

I ordered a set of front and rear mats for my van.

Upon delivery, I noticed that the wrong rear mat had been sent (a 2-piece mat was deliverd when a 1-piece was ordered). I was also missing the front mat.

I emailed the support email address and had a response soon afterwards. The front mat was sent out quickly and the new rear mat was made and sent out with no fuss.

The mats are of great quality and fit very well.
Overall, great mats but more importantly superb customer service. 10/10.

These mats were very good both in quality and fitting.

Great quality boot liner that has been tailored to fit the vehicle. Not the cheapest but the quality is great and worth the asking price.
You definitely get what you pay for.

Service was almost too quick. I discovered my car had mats already installed, and I tried to cancel the order, but was unable to do so. So I am happy because these mats are better than those already in the car.

bought some floor mats for my Tesla Model 3 - what interested me about this is that they advertised velcro fittings specific for each car.

That's quite unusual for floor mats for Tesla so that definitely influenced my decision to go ahead and buy this product.

What transpired when I received the pads is that this company solution is a destructive plastic screw that they want me to screw on the floor of my car. For reference the screw is about 1cm long and quite think.

How this is acceptable or a viable solution is beyond me. Of course because the claim this is a custom made product they won't take refunds.

So morale of the story.. don't waste your money.

Ps. in answer to your comment, you have absolutely no idea what the Tesla Model 3 looks like. The carpet is about 1mm thick and you screw is 1cm. how on earth do you intend me to screw that into the floor lining?

Finding the correct mats for a friends vehicle as a gift was a nightmare but after contacting the company by e-mail their response was immediate and answered my query. I was then able to order the correct product which came within the time frame advised. Good service - very pleased.

I'm very happy with my new rubber car mats for my Toyota Yaris Cross. They fit perfectly and protect the car floor.

I bought the heavy duty rubber mats for my 2CV and they are really excellent.

After placing an order several weeks ago, and requesting either refund or sorting the order out, as of 5th November 2024 I’ve still not received my order, the problem lies with the delivery company who are totally useless,,but it’s up to the supplier to sort not me
