We were of the 3 % who didn't get it next day. We ordered at 11.52 so only just before noon. But still quick and easy.

We were given a gift to spend online, we purchased two double hammock chairs, one of which arrived Promptly, but after a few weeks I had to call and Find out about the other.. the man I spoke to was very understanding and the second one was sent out immediately.
We are yet to move into our new house, so hammocks are untested, however the quality seems great. Cheers

Nice enough hammock but broke within weeks. Sent photos and they asked me to send it back. Did so, sending a photo of the Royal Mail confirmation, but the package apparently didn't turn up and they refused a refund.

Bought this hammock for my granddaughter and set it up in her orchard . It is really well made and very sturdy. It was easy to put together and the hammock is simple to put on and take off for storage.

Hammock stated £119 rrp 50% off down to £63 thought I was getting a bargain I’ve seen the same hammock online for £28 from outdoorGB was really dissatisfied I could have bought 2 and still had change you live and learn! Don’t be fooled shop around!

Top service, right through from Tom in customer service who was fantastic in answering my queries and making sure my order went through at great speed and I must include the team at the warehouse as they played a great part in making sure my order was processed fast.

Cracking hammock I bought for the wife’s 60th. She seems to fall asleep effortlessly in it 😊. Only comment would be that the ‘nipples’ on the joining struts are very tight for her to push in when assembling / de assembling the frame and I had to do it for her, not a reason to prevent you buying one though as the wife has got weedy fingers! The happiness team contacted me after my review (now edited to reflect this) and suggested a way to ease the pressure on the nipples if you pardon the expression!

The hammock is great. I bought it for my mum and she loves it. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble although the instructions could be made easier to follow with a stepped process and more detailed images.
