After some delays with stock arriving to the supplier as scheduled, the supplier then pulled out all the stops to get delivery of the hammock chair rushed out on an urgent delivery, kept a check on delivery progress with the courier and kept me fully updated the whole time.

Friendly and helpful with good product knowledge

I ordered a family hammock in the sale thinking it included the base. I rang and emailed to say could I exchange it for another with a base and not to ship the first one. It still arrived and no one has emailed about an exchange. I us a Christmas present.
