Disappointed
I was so very disappointed to receive an email stating that Simply Hammocks wanted to help but felt they were being asked to replace a hammock that may have been damaged by the customer i.e me! I never asked or implied for a new hammock. I appreciate that my order was somewhat different as I live abroad. This is an expensive hammock which I have had repaired locally at my own expense. Poor show.

Arrived really quickly and with no fuss and everything in the box.
Really study, very comfy, and looks great. even for a DIY novice it was really easy to put together (just required 2 people for final step of putting on the feet, as one person is needed to hold the main structure). highly recommended.
