i have been using this software for around 6 years and the software is actually good and ideal for small business but what is terrible is getting hold of some one i want to upgrade but after countless phone calls no answer sent emails i now have given up and am currently looking for a new system
Not bad software. Easy to use. However the accounts function does not work (odd for an accounting package) and stock management is useless. Getting hold of Simply Invoice is near impossible. We have been waiting over a year to correct some problems.
Used Simply invoice for the first time - and was very impressed with the price, delivery and level of service. It is a competitive market but the winners are always the ones which have excellent service and price. Keep up the good work!
