I ordered 24 ( 50mg)tablets at a cost…
I ordered 24 ( 50mg)tablets at a cost of £29.99.
I received 12 (100mg) and charged £29.99
The cost for 12 tablets of the higher dose is £21.99
When I contacted customer services I was told to split the tablets in half to give me the total amount that i ordered.
It does state on the website that I could POSSIBLY receive the higher dose but as my order for the lower dose along with my money was accepted I just assumed that I would receive what I ordered. This could be seen a massive money making racket
After receiving a reply I am still disappointed and wont be using this website again. If I was to have ordered what I received I would been charged £8.00 less

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the medication you received and understand why you may have been confused by receiving 12 x 100mg tablets when you had ordered 24 x 50mg tablets.
As advised on our website at the time of your order, due to a temporary supply issue with sourcing the 50mg tablets from our suppliers, some customers may receive 100mg tablets instead. The 100mg tablets can be split in half to provide the prescribed 50mg dose. This information is also included on the dispensing label provided with your medication, along with the relevant dosage instructions.
We would like to reassure you that this is not a cost-saving or money-making measure. You have received the same total amount of medication: 12 x 100mg tablets is equivalent to 24 x 50mg tablets when each 100mg tablet is split in half. The price you paid was for the total amount of medication supplied, not the number of individual tablets.
