Simply the Best!
When we arrived at the terminal, they were waiting in the car park, greeted us with a smile and were very polite wishing us a nice holiday. Our flight was delayed on our return by 2 1/2 hours. We telephoned immediately we had collected our luggage and thought as it's the middle of the night there's no way they would be there... How wrong we were, we walked into the car park and there was our car. Really impressed with the service, we have used others and we have had to hang around and wait, not what you want in the middle of the night. If Simply Park and Fly Ltd were a lager, they'd probably be the best!

Reliable service, have used multiple times
I've used Simply Park and Fly on a number of occasions, every time I fly from Gatwick. No issues, they pick up the car promptly (as long as you call ahead as directed), and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to collect my car upon return. Also one of the most competitively priced parking options. Reliable service, which I'd recommend, and will continue to use.

A great company for meet & greet
We have used this company on many occasions when flying from Heathrow. On our most recent experience this month, we found them to once again be very reliable and friendly. Easy, reliable and always the cheapest
Have used several times and it is a very easy and reliable service. The car is always returned as we left it. The drop off and collection point is very close to departures and arrivals so no long walk.

Brilliant service. Flight arrived early but rang after collecting luggage, walked over to the meeting point and waited 5mins and my car was delivered! Thought I would have to wait longer but NO! I will be booking again!

good value for money…
A little confusion on arrival as we went to the wrong agent who was only 50 yards away from where we wanted to be. On our return we had a little trouble contacting the agent on the phone as the line was busy and had to wait 10 mins for the car to arrive but overall it was very good service for the price

From the initial online booking to the car delivery on return of trip at Gatwick South , everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
A member of staff was there to meet us when we dropped off the car and similarly the car was there by the time we walked through passport control.
The price was very competitive with other companies and with no hidden costs.
I highly recommend Simply Park at Gatwick.

I have been using Simplyparkandfly for quite a few years. Pricing is always reasonable and the service is good. You very rarely have to wait long for either drop off or collection. The key thing for me is the collection of your car, you never want to be waiting long especially when returning from a holiday with the family.

On return the car was not there but we did get there early as we had no bags to collect from the carousel (only waited a few minutes). I was bothered that whomever had driven my vehicle had re-adjusted the steering column and it was very low - I dont believe there was a need to adjust this.
