Absolutely great. So easy to find and quickly park your car. We normally go from Birmingham airport but decided we would try EMA instead and it was so much better than Birmingham. Staff were friendly and quickly advised you what to do.
Efficient service from start to finish would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family, will definite use them again
This was the easiest and most reasonable Gatwick parking I have ever made. Drive in - greeted by a representative who checked my car and took the keys. Walked across the road and we were in the departure building. Same for collection - rang - walked to car park and there was the car. \loved it !
We reported damage & misuse when picking car up after our holiday & told to send pics which I did.
Our car was dropped off with a spotlessly clean interior, after an inside valet prior to arrival. It was returned in an appalling state. The interior was filthy with mud + muddy footprints both back & front, on the carpets, mats & interior doors. So obviously, it had been used, with passengers back & front. The petrol flap was bent and there was a dent on the back wing
On picking up the car, the driver was in a real hurry, he quickly dropped the keys & vanished. We had to phone the company main number to report, speaking to man on other end of phone, who told us to send details & they would sort it all out.
Hence to say, there's been no response to my emails or contact from them.

When I dropped the vehicle off I was very concerned as I had to go to the 5 th floor, and not the designated valet location in the car park
The person receiving the car seemed very unprofessional in terms of car inspection etc, but what can you do when you have a plane to catch?
On return the car was 1,5 hours late turning up after numerous phone calls ( there was nobody at the car park to talk to)
“Chaffeaur” was rude and unapologetic when the car arrived
Anyway, drove away and found that I had a puncture in one tyre and when had the car checked after getting home, a screw was found in another truer.
Of course no proof of any neglect but……….

I understand it has been a fair few weeks, but I’d like to draw your attention to a terrible experience my family had with your service
We arrived back on September the 9th and was due to collect our car at the south terminal, only to be told on the phone to come to the north terminal. We call to pick up our car after getting through passport control.
On arrival to our north terminal pick up point we couldn’t locate our car, after 15 minutes we were approached and ask what our car reg was, then told it was below one level. We ask how long it has been there, we were told 10-15 minutes.
We went to pay for our ticket and it quoted an hour and a half, the time on the ticket was 9:30, we were still in the sky at this point and hadn’t even called to let you know we had landed. We had to pay a fair bit of money due it being there longer than 30 minutes.
If you’d like evidence I can attach the packing ticket picture and the parking pass that was placed in our car by you.
Completely ruined our holiday. Especially since we had to walk a pretty long distance from south to north terminal and then you’d lie to us and brought our car early
If I could of given it 0 I would have, booked online, didn't have my details when I arrived. On return had to wait 2.30hours for my car to be returned. This company is one of many, all with same telephone number. AVOID AT ALL COST
Had to wait an hour and a half for our car and this was good compared to others .. one guy had to get a taxi as they had lost his keys one car hadn't even been moved so the carpark charge was over £200 . One family waited over 2 and a half hours only realising their car had already been left withe the key on the wheel and not even had been told. The guy who answers the phone is rude and arrogant please please dont bother pay extra money for a better service
We flew from Gatwick South but were told to drop off at North because of a problem. There was no paperwork ready, so they hand wrote a form. We called on our return as soon as the plane touched down as we were concerned that they definitely had the paperwork and were told they were busy, so 45mins to an hour wait. After an hour I called and was told another 15 mins, and another, and another.....After 3 hours we were told the car was at the other terminal, which thankfully it was, but abandoned with the key and exit ticket on the wheel. Everyone had the same experience and in the 3 hours we waited 3 cars returned damaged. Do not use this company.
Dont bother its a waste of money and valuable time they are late rude and no customer service or care please do not use i called to ask how long my car would be and was told if i dont like the wait then dont use them again find someone else this is so bad
We were told on arrival that we couldn't use the south terminal as a car had broken down on a ramp. Fair enough we left the car in the north terminal. We were 5 hours later than expected, when we rang to arrange to collect the car we were told it was already back in north terminal. When we queried this we were told they do not operate out of the south terminal! An initial downright lie when we booked. When we went to pay the parking we had to pay £22 as the car had been brought back early- what would have happened if we had been delayed for a long period???
AVOID this shambles of a company, from the ignorant & rude guy at check in, to the “your car is waiting at level 4”, then it was half an hour away. Also go by the name of blue circle parking and parkxpert
Booked Meet and Greet. When I read the small print I found they had put me with a company called LG parking (also Sure Parking - same people). Their reviews are terrible and include cars being driven while their owners are away on holiday and also being damaged (in some cases, quite badly). I called Simply Park and Fly and told them it was not acceptable for them to book me with these people but they refused to change the booking or give me my money back. Like others, I suspect that they are interlinked companies. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Terrible service! Do not book! Lost our car key! Didn’t tell us on the 1st phone call to them so we waited for 50 minutes before I gave up asking the member of staff on-site and rang again. Who then told me they couldn’t find our booking or the key! Staff member swore at me over the phone! Told us to get a taxi home and that if we rang the police then he’d make them a coffee and they can help him look for it
Gave them my vauxhall zafira to park for 7 days for £94! They left a DENT, BIRD POO ALL OVER IT WITH NO APOLOGIES! DON'T USE THEM... THEY'LL SPOIL YOUR CAR!!!!
My flight got cancelled and Simply Park were unable to get my car back. For 2.5 hours I was told the car was on its at, then they could not get it. I had to get a hotel at Gatwick overnight. Next day they still could not get me my car back for 5 hours. Appealing service, insulting staff. Will never use them again
