I had left my airport parking til late, and ended up booking this valet parking from Heathrow as they were cheaper than the standard ones which had gone up massively in price. Big mistake. When we landed I called the number to advise we were coming through baggage control. We got to the parking bays and found our car there, but no-one in sight. We noticed they had simply left the key on top of the front wheel, and furthermore there was very obvious damage to the driver door handle (the cover over the keyhole had been hacked off). It had definitely not been handed over in that condition, the car was also filthy. I called the number again to complain and was told, "you must have given it to us like that" and then they guy hung up on me. Appalling service, complete lack of care, god knows what they used our car for. I have no doubt that it is entirely fruitless to pursue them so the best I can do is write an honest review to warn against them.
Let me start by saying I made a mistake on the duration of our booking. When we arrived on time they had no record of our reservation. I showed the confirmation and explained that I’d spoken to their controller as directed. The drop off date and location was correct but the return was wrong. The error was picked up at drop off and I was told to contact the help desk number to rectify and not to worry. As soon as we reached our destination and three times during our holiday I did this and the phone was not answered. I emailed with no reply received. In the end I contacted the drop off mobile number I was given and spoke to Raj who was superb, really helpful and apologetic. He told me not to worry and that I’d just pay the extra on collection. The erroneous day of our departure comes around and the app on my phone tells me my car is unlocked and on the move. I once again try to make contact to explain and save them a wasted trip but of course cannot get through, i text our correct details again for completeness. The correct day for return arrives. Flight arrives as planned. I text the number with car details and I call the number as directed and get through after several attempts. The helpful person is apologetic but can find no record of our booking and cannot find my car. He said “I don’t know where your car is”. Roughly 45 mins after arrival they confirm they have found the car and to proceed to collection where I need to pay £120 for the extra in CASH. The amount is what I was expecting and getting the cash was fine but what if it had not been? The hand back happened another 30 mins later and we were so relieved, having got very hot and tired that we paid and left BUT there was no inspection at hand back or, come to think of it, at handover. Now, 48 hours later I get my car washed of all the dirt that seemed to accumulate whilst it was parked and the guy cleaning says “have you seen this”? He cleans my car, which he calls, “premium” on a regular basis and is horrified to show me damage to the rear bumper. It’s a mess. There is no way it was there before. With all the sensors and cameras on the car it’s bewildering to me how anyone could have done it and. It known and I am 100 percent certain it was done by the drivers of the company. Likely repair cost will be circa £1000. I am upset rather than angry but there’s no way I’ll use these guys again, recommend you don’t and would like to give them a minus review. I am going to try (again) to call and explain all of this, if there’s a positive reaction I might retract some of what I’ve written but I’m not holding out much hope all things considered.

Not happy as took pics of mileage clock and when returned it had been driven for 40 miles. I could’ve asked someone to drop me instead and saved money quite deceitful.
Worst park and fly service I’ve used out of the people operating from Gatwick.
Waited 30 mins for my car despite paying premium for it to be there when I arrived. Driver went to the wrong terminal despite confirming on the phone and them having my flight details.
Had to drop a day due to EasyJet moving my flight and despite paying for a fully amendable/cancellable booking, no refund was given.
Shocking customer service - don’t respond to emails and phone just rings out.
Don’t be tempted to book the cheapest - pay slightly more and go with someone like Maple Parking.
Booked for Gatwick North Terminal. An excellent experience staff friendly and helpful. They were there to greet us and we called once our luggage had been collected and they dropped off the car within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
All worked very well even though our flight was in the middle of the night and had been delayed. Our car arrived as we came out of the airport. Very smooth, best Meet and Greet we've had. Would definitely recommend.

This is a scam and not one I would not recommend. The contact details including website is unreachable once you book and I needed to take this up with my bank to try and get my money back.
TOTAL FRAUD - DO NOT USE THEM. I HAVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM. REPORTED TO NATIONAL FRAUD AND CYBER CRIME CENTRE USE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL FRAUD -Did not answer the phones on the day of booking, no one turned up at the air port to collect the car and I had to book with another provider on the day of departure, at extra cost. Contacted them repeatedly before a response. Finally got the refund after 4 months of repeated emails to this fraud company with shabby third world customer service. I only managed the refund by approaching my credit card company, who facilitated the refund as part of their customer service, nothing to do with the FRAUD company. No refund of the cost I paid to rebook my parking on the day with a different provider and totally ignored the issue of compensation. Will be contacting the trading standards and report.

STAY CLEAR! My car was returned to me damaged on our return from holiday a few days ago. The operator parked it in a dark part of the car park at 1 a.m even though there was no one around and we were clearly waiting for it at the door - perhaps the two things are connected. Company is unresponsive - my email with photos have been ignored. I intend to take legal action. Wish I'd read the reviews on this company first. Learn from my mistake!

I must admit - while in holiday I read many bad reviews and heard of stories of bogus airport parking. However I found the service and price of the parking and ride to terminal 3 Heathrow to be excellent. We arrived at the car park in slough - all very straight forward. Given a ticket to ring when get back. Rang on arrival and answered straight away. Said they would ring when pick near airport. Rang almost 5 mins later to say they would be 3 mins and indeed they were. All very good and would recommend.

I left my car with the Gatwick team over the weekend where on return obvious damage has occurred. I have left a complaint with Simply Park and Fly where the lady said she would respond to my request. I have not received any feedback or response to my call/emails and the phone number is no longer contactable.

When leaving my car i was asked to pay the cost of parking again, even though i paid online.
When collecting the car i called at about 22.40 and was told 25 mins to get my car, after calling 3 more times within the next hour my car eventually arrived at midnight.

I booked with them less 24 he’s and paid for cancellation, l call the next morning as l couldn’t travel and they denied me refund considering l paid for cancellation fee when making booking. I understand the poor rating. Bad service considering the current situation with covid and travelling
Not great. It's cheap for a reason. They do what they advertise at their pace. This is not an official operator. The instructions in the email were to go to the 4th floor of the short stay at Heathrow T5 where the authorised operators are. Called 30 minutes before arrival (took 5 attempts to get an answer), we were perfectly on time. Nobody there, and had to wait 30 minutes. On coming home our already late flight was delayed, and despite being close to the deadline for the extra charge, 15 minutes before the cut-off, he announced the extra £20 charge. I was outside before midnight, but the car eventually turned up at 0020. £20 please! Will not be using again. Beware from start of November there is a £5 charge each way for using the drop-off. Make sure this is in the price when you compare operators.
Horrific Customer service with rude agent who spoke over me, declined to help me and then hung up! They refuse to give a refund for a booking made last week that I have to cancel (due to covid regulations changing and therefore unable to fly on our trip)
The legal rights as a consumer in the U.K. are that there is always a 14 day Cooling off period for any online purchase and a full refund has to be given. They are refusing it and I am not disputing it legally.
