Hi,
My booking Ref: API-ARRRYN was cancelled because of the COVID outbreak. I received an email on Monday, May 4, 2020 stating that I can rebook. I called recently and spoke to a customer service representative who advised I send an email with dates of my new booking which I did but I have had no response from anyone. I try calling again and again and all I get is voicemail on the phone. Can someone contact so I can rebook please.

Terrible policy to just ignore calls and emails and not refund customers who have had to cancel/postpone holidays. Have tried to re-book the holiday we have had to postpone to USA due to Coronavirus but have had no response from this shambles of a company!!
Disgusting way to run a business and I will be doing all I can to ensure that as many people and forums know about this!!
Keep well clear of them.......

Booked parking at Newcastle airport flight cancelled on the Monday because of Coronavirus was flying on the 18 th March because I didn’t pay the extra £5 fee for cancelled flight there would do any think thought there would give me a credit not northing so lost £55 parking for 10 days don’t use

Terrible refund policy given the COViD situation. No way we could use the booked parking and yet recorded as a no show and refused any refund. Shady outfit not to be trusted at all. Avoid!

Beware. Please do no use this company. I parked my car at Heathrow with them and it came back with scratched paintwork. I photographed the car before it was parked and then again when it was returned to me damaged. The driver also photographed the damage. The car was booked through Simply Park and Fly and they chose Drive Park Me. I wrote and both companies said they would investigate - but as usual in these cases nothing happened. I then wrote a series of emails including one which outlined the cost of repair at £64 and a final email asking for the cost to be reimbursed to me. They did not reply to any of my emails and now I am taking advice as to pursuing my claim in the small claims court.

Recently we used Simply Park and Fly from Terminal 2 at Heathrow - drop off was swift and smooth but pick up at 7 pm on a Wednesday had problems of delay by about 20mins caused by traffic around Heathrow. More people are using this service - It is so good!

I have found Simply Park and Fly to offer the best prices for meet and greet parking at Heathrow. The search and booking process is quick and easy as well.
In regards to the actual parking service I have only selected Terminals Parking as they have park mark and really good rating. I have used them about 6 times and cannot fault the service.

A very good service received and would definitely recommend and use again.
The only thing I would say is when arriving and parking, follow the information on your documents rather than the information received via the phone call on your approach. I would have ended up somewhere completely different.
