Would have given 5 stars, but some of their tablets are huge. Why do they have to be so big when competitors do them smaller? There’s a Magnesium one I tried, might as well try and swallow my cat.

I have been using Simply Supplements for a number of years and have been very impressed with the level of service and the ease of use of their website. I have recently had a failed delivery (the fault of the delivery company EVRI). When flagged up to the Simply Supplements customer service team I was immediately dispatched a replacement order. What more could you ask for.

I am a customer of this company. I am very disappointed about this! A plastic on my shake vegan Protein so I will not buy anymore supplements! I took a picture but I can not put in here. Also I just send then a complaint to them but till now no answer...

Very large tablets that made me choke.
I placed a large order and purchased 3 months supply of supplements.
The service was good and my order arrived promptly.
Unfortunately I found the size of the tablets very difficult to swallow. I tried breaking them in half but it was no better. While trying to take the tablets they became stuck in my throat and made me choke a wretch.
I persevered for a week but I cannot continue.
I am used to taking tablets and I have never had this issue before.
The capsules are ok but the large tablets supplied are too big and quite daunting to look at.
The worst is the glucosamine sulphate, quite frankly they are ridiculous in size.
I have spent quite a lot of money and feel very disappointed. I also feel these tablets are quite dangerous and should be reduced in size.
I will now have to purchase a new order from a different supplier and I won’t be using simply supplements again.

dissapointed
after using these pills for 2-3 weeks I found no benifit to my energy level, in fact i found i was more tired than usual ..I would advise seeking doctor advice before taking ..
They might work on some people but I found they did not work for me.

REPEAT ORDER SCAM ARTISTS
Staff seem very helpful on the phone.
I have a repeat order service and I track everything on a spreadsheet including next order dates. If I accumulate too many due to forgetfulness I update my spreadsheet and ring to update next despatch dates.
Yet, they continuously play the game of despatching repeat order items two or three months early, necessitating many phone calls.
This repeats itself many times over the years.

Can't swallow these huge dry tablets, they get stuck in the back of your throat, so cannot say whether they will work or not because I cant even swallow them.

Large plant sterol tablets
I’ve purchased the plant sterols for a long time and even though tablets were quite big I managed ok with them and hopefully they keep cholesterol lowered. However I’ve just purchased them again and unfortunately the tablets have increased in size making them very difficult to swallow. It’s a shame they’ve been altered as I feel unsure about using them again.

I ordered supplements 2nd of Feb
I ordered supplements Start of Feb, had not received them by Feb 15th, contacted company, they blamed the courier. Apologised for inconvenience asked if I still wanted products, which I found to be a very bizzare question. Asked for my Address and postcode again, which I gave and got no message of affirmation. By 18 of March still no supplements received, got back on to company, said they had not received my address details, which is totally untrue. I opted for payment return, which I received immediately. Also a trite message of "looking into the matter" I order online all of the time I have never come across such terrible customer service.

I ordered your 800mg Plant Sterols but…
I ordered your 800mg Plant Sterols but find the tablets enormous. I have never seen such big tablets. At my first attempt of swallowing one It got stuck in the back of my throat. A most unpleasant experience not to be repeated. The only way I can take these tablets is to crush them in a pestle and mortar. They don’t mix with water so I have to mix them into food. Even cutting them in half they are still too big!

Quick delivery and reasonable price
An excellent company & great customer care.
We have used this company for many years, always a quick, reliable & efficient service with good products. I recently order a large order by mistake ( I ticked the "repeat" box on an earlier order) & contacted the company. No quibble about returning the order and they even provided a Free Post address and refunded the money. An excellent company & great customer care.
Disgusted by disgusting smell
The last bottle of Saw Palmetto tablets had a disgusting smell and made me feel nausious. I emailed a complaint and requested to send them back but was told "it was a shame I had a smelly bottle" and there was nothing I could do about it. Cost me over £19 and £4.69 to return the tablets which have been refused by the address to which they were sent. Will never deal with this company again.

Ordered I item in error. Returns free post label made available with no quibble and a refund offered although I chose to not to take it but to remain in credit for future purchases.
Try other suppliers.
I have bought this product for many years without any issues. This latest batch is uncoated and as such is virtually impossible to swallow despite breaking them in half. They also cause terrible indigestion. I have persevered for as long as I can. I will not be continuing to try and use these or risk re-ordering.

I ordered two tubs a years supply…
I ordered two tubs a years supply glucosamine 1500mg with vitamin c when they came I found I could not swallow them as they were much to big and with no coating but powerie so when asked for a review I gave them 1 star and explained why they got in touch and said they would send me a mailing bag to return the unopened tub and they would be getting in touch and would offer two tubs of another product of my choice they said the mailing bag would come in 3 days haha I bought a tablet crusher which cost me £9 but the tablets were too big and the crusher could not crush them even when I cut them in half I was so pleased that they intended to replace the tablets what a mistake still no mailing bag and I don't have much hope that it will ever come

Glucosamine for dogs
I will not be ordering the glucosamine for dogs in the smaller capsules where I now have to use two instead of one and find them very difficult to empty as the powder seems to have been too tightly packed into the capsule. They also come in a much bigger container which is too much plastic.

The most complete formula!
I think these multivitamins have the most complete formula I've ever seen. Well, the taste is not fantastic, but that's not an issue. I recommend them to anybody.
AWFUL SERVICE
AWFUL SERVICE. This company used to be excellent but not now! After 4 weeks, my order still hasn´t arrived. The customer services agent has never apologised, he just told me that there have been issues with their transport company, that the courier couldn´t find my address (I live on one of the biggest roads in Barcelona), they´re moving warehouses, etc etc. I requested that they send a replacement which they apparently did a week ago but it´s not even been given to the courier according to the tracking. Disgusting service - I have today had to request a refund (which was not offered to me proactively as it should have been) but doubt I´ll get it. Incompetent management too as the below response from them is an absolute LIE!
As this is the case, the advisor that you spoke with didn't want you to have to wait any longer and he has already instructed the Accounts Department to issue you a refund
