Blood Pressure Formula
This is a reply to the answer that you gave Dougy a few days ago regarding Blood Pressure Formula and more specifically Fruitflow.
Re: "Unfortunately, the company which supplies this, no longer supplies it as a single ingredient, but only as a combination with others". This is not exactly true and Fruitflow is readily available as a single ingredient from the company who invented it, Provexis, and I can only assume that the distributor, DSM nutritional products, has given you some misinformation.

I am sorry that we have had to amend the formulation of the Blood Pressure Formula which now does not contain Fruitflow®.
Unfortunately, the company which supplies this, no longer supplies it as a single ingredient, but only as a combination with others which would change the overall Blood Pressure Formula that we sell.
Our Blood Pressure Formula contains the ingredients listed below, which may all help to support healthy blood pressure levels.
Each serving contains Magnesium and Vitamin B1 which help to support heart muscle function. We have incorporated extracts of odourless garlic which is well known for its ability to support vascular health, while pine bark helps with microcirculation, especially in the brain. Zinc plays a vital role in controlling blood pressure, largely down to its role in sodium absorption. The more sodium that remains in the body, the more pressure it places onto the arteries. Also included is potassium, a nutrient many of us simply do not get enough of.
I am sorry for any disappointment caused and thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. This will be passed on to the relevant department for consideration.

Nearly choked to death
Whilst the service etc is very good I unfortunately nearly lost my life trying to swallow a glucosamine tablet. Why in Gods name are they so HUGE? I even broke it in half but I CHOKED on that, couldn’t breathe for some time as it stuck in my throat, I panicked but thankfully a banging on my back loosened it and was able to spit it out.
I will not be ordering again and will not be taking my life in my hands again. Please be aware that these pills are ‘reasonably priced’ due to their size.

My wife and I have been customers of…
My wife and I have been customers of simply supplements for many years and have always been very satisfied with their products and services however our recent order for Vitamin D3 2000iu (2 x 120 tablets) are so small in size compared to previous ones. I understand it may not be the size that determines the nutrient value %NRV but we need a microscope to find them. Come on simply supplements this does not seem to stack up. We have recently changed supplier for the Vitamin D3 2000iu 120 tablets and they have gone from being 8mm round tablets and 3mm in width, to being 6mm round and 4mm in width.
Please be aware that we can sometimes change suppliers, to ensure that our customers are getting the highest quality for the best possible price. Due to this, the appearance of a product can change, such as its size, colour, or texture, however the ingredients will usually remain the same, and the changes which have been made to this product are due to a supplier change, as our previous supplier was unable to satisfy the high demand for the product. If there are any changes in the ingredients our website will be updated to reflect this.
All of our products are made to strict UK Goods Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and we do hold a Certificate of Analysis for all of them which are available to all customers on request.

Glucosamine sulphate 1500mg. Now too difficult to swallow
The size and shape of the tablets has changed and i now find them very difficult to swallow without choking.
The old shape had rounded edges and a uniform width, this new shape has sharp right angled edges and is fatter in the middle. Not a good experience trying to swallow these whole.

Fantastic Customer Service
My save and subscribe order for Maxi-Joint Plus 1000mg for Medium to Large Dogs is currently out of stock until September. Spoke to Natalie who apologised for them not being available and was extremely helpful in suggesting alternative products. Not only was I able to choose one of these but she also gave me the discounted price although being an 'one off' order until my regular product is back in stock.
